The first computer that was, "Turing-Complete", and had the four basic features of our current computers (Input, Processing, Output, and Storage) was the ENIAC (Electronic Numerical Integrator and Computer). The ENIAC was secretly developed by the US Army and first put to work at the University of Pennsylvania on 10 December 1945 in order to study the feasibility of the hydrogen bomb . The Internet, later developed and advanced Computers through Networking in Communicating. The Internet Advancment consisted of technologies developed by different individuals and organizations. Important figures include Robert W. Taylor, who led the development of the ARPANET (an early prototype of the Internet), and Vinton Cerf and Robert Kahn, who developed the Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) technologies.
