Hewlett Packard Enterprise ( HPE ) continues to be one of the more complicated technology names to evaluate... especially after its multi‑year realignment and the lingering confusion that still surrounds the HPQ/HPE split. As someone who exited HPE across all accounts on 6/30/2025 , I’ve been watching from a distance, listening, reading, and trying to understand whether the company’s newly aligned business model justifies re‑entry. E*TRADE’s snapshot currently shows HPE posting a –0.04 loss , and while that number alone doesn’t tell the whole story, it does endorse my mixed sentiment surrounding the company. I have noticed, however, YouTube analysts and tech reviewers seem far more optimistic about HPE’s hardware and enterprise solutions.
