The Signal Amidst the Noise

 I believe reactions in humans are derived from at least two thought processes. They are profoundly seen in the most elevated arguments surrounding the evolution of our society. Those elevated arguments have produced the most shocking retaliations and escalations derived from opposing views and an individual sense of helplessness in the matter. The thought process's are seen through the words etched into the signs held by demonstrators. They are heard through those in the media and those speaking at gatherings of likeminded. While difficult to clearly summarize, the protagonist of opposing reaction is emotional and logical thought process. It is the logical thinker that derives understanding from analysis and internal debate. Deciding for themselves what is right and what is wrong.  It is with a lot of pride I share the fact, my House is relatively small (1,100 SqFt). Living in a small House requires a lot of thought and utilization of space. So, my Wife and I made the decision to optimize a few key areas of the property. First and foremost (Before the Cabinet Table) will be a larger storage building. We need storage beyond the Attic and having a modest detached, "Shed," is optimal. We are fortunate enough to live in a jurisdiction that follows NJ Residential Building Code. We can build a 200 SqFt shed up to 10 Ft high (2,000 CuFt). Then will be the Kitchen Island Table but my thoughts are running already.  It seems common for Men to holdback their emotions. I clearly fit in that generalization. It was the witnessing of accomplishment that evoked a lot of pride. I was proud of my Daughter! Many Stocks dropped rapidly from high values, making me ambitious to buy! I compiled a growing list of 215 Stocks that I monitor closely. It is that list where most of my Investment ideas are derived. I developed an algorithm to make suggestions based upon Points. Today I am sharing my most recent Investment actions and suggestions from my list. I believe allocating portions of Investment Capital to Companies with superior Income growth is ideal and likely gainful. Therefore, yesterday I focused on Income Growth. Out of fourteen, "Strong Buy," suggestions, these five reported the highest Net Income Growth. Further Analysis based on other favorable metrics was done, before deciding to Invest. Analysis of Taxes and Poverty Rates by State Table Outlines 2022 State Property Tax, Sale Taxes, and Poverty Rates by State Further analysis may compare poverty correlations by State from Federal Tax Rates and Deductions. That should include impact of the State and Local Tax (S.A.L.T.) deduction. Further examination may reveal Citizens with lower Property Taxes likely paid greater overall Taxes prior to S.A.L.T. deduction limits. Reduced Federal Tax may have augmented monetary circulation, regardless of State Tax. I was inspired to conduct this analysis because of a conversation.
